I had an exceptional experience with my podiatrist, from the moment I called to make the appointment until I left the building. The service I received was truly top-notch throughout. The receptionist who assisted me in scheduling the appointment was incredibly personable and showed genuine care. Similarly, the receptionists inside the building, at the check-in window, were highly professional and courteous.
Dr. Malone, without a doubt, is one of the finest medical providers I have ever encountered in my lifetime. His expertise and care surpassed my expectations. I am grateful for the level of attention and treatment I received from him.
Overall, I highly recommend this podiatrist based on the extraordinary experience I had. The entire staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, and Dr. Malone's exceptional skills and care made a significant impact on me.

Dr. Molan is very professional and has helped me with foot issues several times. I highly recommend him. The staff at the Torrence Street office is much more friendly and helpful than at the Park Road office.

I was told that the scheduler would call to schedule surgery and if she didn’t that I should call. I have called several times and left messages with no response. Such a waste of time.
