Office? Great! Staff? Great! Technology? Great! Surgery for an outdated record at the end of the year after an office party? My memory; Torture sucks, water’s awesome, sore is sore, and reason is reason. Doff’s off.

Horrible, Rude and Unprofessional Office Staff
I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over four weeks now. They first made me send over my medical records before scheduling an appointment and then no one called me back. I then called and they said they couldn’t schedule until Dr Nowicki reviewed my medical records and then no one called me back again. I just called for a third time and the woman that answered the phone was extremely impatient, rude and hung up on me. I would hope that Dr Nowicki does not want to present this type of image to the public The doctor came very highly recommended from another doctor friend of mine. Extremely disappointing, and I will be sure and let my doctor friend know not to refer him in the future.

Dr Nowicki has done 2 very important surgeries in the pass for me. Excellent. Outcome. Iam so greatful . Now I’m looking forward to see him again for another situation 17 years later. I trust him he is a wonderful a professional and he is also an amazing soul . Iam treated with respect they are very courteous . The environment is clean and comfortable . He always remenber me when I go back to see him. I believe he can make me feel much better. I just wish with all my heart that many Drs would be like him Human and caring. Thank you Dr Nowicki. I think Dr. Nowicki is a fantastic doctor. He is thorough and trustworthy. He explains the why behind the issue you are facing and while he is thorough, he doesn't ask for unnecessary tests or treatments. I have recommended him to family and many friends!

Great experience, very friendly Doctor. The problem is scheduling and follow ups. I was supposed to be scheduled for therapy and never happened, if you call to schedule a visit get ready to wait. Their website says same day office visits, not true, and it does not matters what kind of emergency you have. My wife called with a Avulsed Compound Ankle fracture and they wanted to schedule her for a week and a half later.
