Very disappointed.
I had ear infections both ears. Dr. prescribed Amoxicillin, said would have relief in 24 hrs and after no relief 4 days later, called his office 3 times with concerns. No one returned my call. Spent miserable weekend. Found another PCP following week who got me right in and said I had terrible infections both ears. When I picked up her prescription at Walgreens, there was an order for eye drops ordered by Dr. O'Sullivan. Eye drops for ears? Again, NO ONE had bothered to let me know (or explain why) they had called in eye drops. What???

Dr k. It's Brenda nichols. I just need to know you are not gonna take my xanax away. I am in the worse case scenario as I post this. I DONT WANT NO OTHER DOCTOR. NO SHRINK EITHER. ALL THEY DO IS FEED ME MORE DRUGS. IM HAPPY KNOWING WHAT I TAKE NOW IS OK. PLEASE RESPOND. BRENDA NICHOLS. P.S. I AINT NEVER READ ONE WORD OF THAT PAPER I SIGNED. PLEASE, DO I NEED TO CANCEL TUESDAY APPT WITH YOU?
