Special Surgeon
24 years ago my mother had a massive heart attack and subsequent bypass surgery at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Our family had some trepidation when we learned the surgeon was only 35 years old. Well, all fears were put to rest when the surgeon conducted a flawless surgery and saved my mother’s life.I recently had open heart bypass surgery and was faced with the choice of the “tried and true”, experienced surgeon that came highly recommended by friends and family or the newer, younger surgeon. After my mother’s experience and after a conversation with her surgeon, I selected Dr. Shahbahrami for my surgery.Dr. Shahbahrami spent the time to explain everything and answered any questions we had. He was calm, confident, smart and had the soft touch expected of a surgeon. He was there every step of the way even after some common, minor post operative side effects.I am really glad I made the choice I did and feel wonderful a few weeks after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Shahbahrami.
