Excellent Surgeon
Dr. Stocker performed a laparoscopic bilateral salpingectomy for me on March 8th, 2024. I was interested in the surgery for the sole purpose of permanent sterilization. He fully respected my choice, and never once tried to talk me out of it which I very much appreciated. He knew it was something I wanted and that I was aware it would be permanent. He made me feel heard and respected. The surgery was a breeze, with very minimal pain. He is EXCELLENT at what he does and is very down to earth and personable in regards to his bedside manner. If you are considering a OBGYN surgery, he is a wonderful choice for a doctor.

Terrible!
First ever visit felt rushed.. didn't talk much about my history quick to do the breast exam without a nurse present. He was quite cold, poor bedside manner. Quick to offer me birth control, that stuff is toxic if you've read the labels/warnings. Pretty sad that this Dr. was rated "Best of Culpeper" I'm scared for the future of medicine.

Excellent care
I wish I had found Dr Stocker years ago, but have only been going to him 2 years. Last week he performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy on me, and did a wonderful job. Very little pain or bleeding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Stocker, and actually have

5 minute appt. I asked Dr Stocker about a preexisting condition the nurse practitioner diagnosed me with. He said it was “nothing” and don’t worry about it. Also, charged me a “smoking cessatation fee” which was $38 because I asked about quitting smoking, he gave me NO pointers besides try cold turkey. Really??
