Dr. Traynor has an assistant that is incompetent does not do her job and is extremely rude! She screwed up my prescription and was too busy and belligerent to correct the problem. We have since dropped him as a Doctor due to her negligence!

Dr Traynor himself is wonderful but his front staff is rude and is always busy talking on the phone with her friends complaining how busy she is in the office. It’s unfortunate but am leaving his practice so I don’t have to deal with his staff in the front.

I have been satisfied with Dr. Traynor himself. He seems to be very knowledgable and caring. His front office staff are very inefficient. Their professionalism lacks. I tried to change an appointment in April from a morning on Monday to a later appointment on Wednesday and was told they could not schedule one that far in advance! There are several things that have been upsetting from the office standpoint. Dr Traynor needs a good office manager!

My husband and I have been patients of dr.traynors for years. He was recommended by a friend and we have never been disappointed. Unfortunately we have needed his services on weekends and during holidays and he has always been available. Even taken our calls during the night. Would highly recommend and anyone that would have a complaint I would seriously question.
