Dr. Walters needs a lesson in compassion and humanity. He has zero understanding of the human condition. I would give 0 stars were it an option.

My experience, I checked in 10 minutes early I believe, was given my own chart folder. Sat down and waited 2 minutes and was called back. I had a list of things I dictated in my notes, I wanted to talk to dr about as well as the purpose of the appointment, for a recheck on my noseairways that felt blocked from a med reaction I had . He was more focused on the purpose of the appointment. overall I felt rushed & think he should have taken more time with me in my concerns. Nice person thou!
