Lack of compassion, not doing what they said they would do, rude phone service. Lack of urgency when dealing w their patients. I will be removing my disabled daughter from this office. My child needs an ultrasound which I was told I would receive a call to schedule. A week later no call. When I call the Dr I am transfered and they lady who answered the phone just says hello. I say hello. Very rudely she says can I help you. I said maybe if you would tell me where I'm calling. Again real rude she says PHMC...I ask her name and she hung up on me. This is medical treatment? I will go somewhere else.
