Dr. Khatuna Belov, MD

Dr. Belov has been my GP for several years. She is very approachable, is a great listemer and provides test feedback clearly. She is a terrific diagnostician, and discusses any potential issues in a calm, rational manner.

Wonderful doctor who cares about her patients. Takes time to explain her findings in an clear and understanding way. Keeps all my specialists in the loop all the time. Always willing to take a call on a medical issue. I am very lucky to have her as my family doctor.

I saw Belov for a sick visit prior to my wedding because my primary care doctor was unavailable to see me. The visit went fine however, I was charged a five dollar co-pay, being in the inner circle for insurance. I came home from my honeymoon to two bills within 10 days. I reached out to the office staff multiple times, they did not call me back. Finally, I reached out to them again and I was told to call my insurance. I spoke with my insurance, I called them back to let them know that since they charged me a five dollar copay they are considered inner circle. They never called me back once again. Finally I got a hold of them, and Dr. Belov got on the phone yelling at me saying she’s going to take me to collections if I don’t pay my bill. I am a nurse and understand how insurance works, however from what I was told I was being billed inner circle and should not have a deductible. I feel like this is completely inappropriate and no patient ever should be spoke to like that. Be careful
