Dr. Ki Jung, MD

Dr Jung is an excellent listener and an even better communicator. He is one of the most patient and “on-time” Doctors I’ve ever visited. I couldn’t be more pleased with my appointment. What a breath of fresh air in a world where good Healthcare no longer exists!!

I had my first visit with Dr. Jung yesterday and left very impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge and his attention to detail. I have been dealing with idiopathic neuropathy for more than 10 years and have been to multiple neurologists on both coasts. Some can be very abrupt or mechanical - Dr. Jung is neither. He walked into the room, having read my records from past medical records, was warm and welcoming, and quickly got me comfortable with him. He was thorough in his Q&A, explained himself very clearly, and tested me for various signs, all the while explaining what he was doing. He also offered some dietary and alternative treatments, which I found refreshing. The whole experience was positive and respectful - I was not rushed or treated like a child. I felt like he really cared about me and that my condition and issues were worth his time. One of the best physicians I have worked with here in North Caroina.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jung! He walked in right on time for our appointment with a warm and friendly personality. It was obvious he had already reviewed my case and was prepared to discuss it with my wife and I. He is very professional, knowledgeable and prepared to meet with his patient. He took as much time as was needed to answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed. We left the appointment fully understanding my condition and the future treatments that it would require. I highly recommend Dr. Jung!

He also helped me to realize that having TN had possibly given me PTSD. I was able to talk to my GP about it and got help with that. I love that he is my neurologist!

I consulted with Dr. Jung for questions concerning residual deficits 21 months after my second stroke. He clearly answered all my questions and offered what solutions I had available to me considering my comorbid conditions. I was very satisfied with my visit and happy I met with him. He even took the initiative to coordinate care with my current neurologist who treats other conditions. Great provider.

Talented, thorough, knowledgeable, & a damn nice man. I practiced medicine for over 25 years and he’s one of the nicest & most professional Physicians I’ve had the pleasure & honor to have take me on as a patient. It was clear he has spent some time going over my records & x-rays done previously before I ever arrived. There are too few physicians, who still practice medicine the old-fashioned way. Taking a thorough history doing a complete and physical exam appropriate for the complexity & multitude of neurological issues I have been dealing with.He gave me an honest opinion of what he thought the causes of my symptoms were due to & then he recommended the surgical procedures he thought would offer me some symptomatic relief & offered the names of several physicians that he felt could offer me the best outcome.I left his office, feeling completely satisfied with the time, care, and the thought he put into forming his opinions.
