A doctor you cannot reach. Phone always gives a busy signal on both numbers. Has he heard of an answering machine? No email as an alternative.

I wish I could give this review zero stars. I have never in my life encountered a doctor who speaks so condescendingly and who is in so much of a rush that he can't possibly listen. It took 3 phone messages over a full week to get a return phone call from Dr Amin for my very sick father and when he finally did call he started the conversation right off the bat by saying "I haven't seen THIS GUY in 6 months" Who speaks about a patient like that? When I tried to explain that HE cancelled a visit during Covid he yelled "stop, stop, stop, stop" over and over at me. At that point I hung up because I will not tolerate that from anyone. I'm shaking with anger right now and I want to share with anyone who is considering using this practice to find another doctor. You will never be listened to with THIS GUY.

Dr. Amin is great, and a very receptive doctor and a good listener. His secretary, however, is rude to just about everyone and makes you feel uncomfortable. It's clear she doesn't care about anyone she comes across, and it's a stark contrast to everyone else in the office. But, the doctor is good and that's all that matters at the end of the day.

Dr. Amin is thoughtful, kind and an excellent diagnostician. He always explains things to me, though sometimes I do have to ask him to slow down as he speaks very quickly. He answers after-hour calls pretty promptly and will see you within a day or two if you have a problem.
