Dr. Kim Bango, MD

If you think you have something more than a flu, dont go here. Firstly because she will not go anywhere near trying to really find what you have. Second, if you need to go back twice for follow up because you have not yet gotten better, her office will send you to the ER!! Seriously, I am SO disappointed. I would really stay away if you need more than just routine exam. One positive point is the scheduling and short time of wait overall, but as I mentioned before, if you have something else than very basic flu, stay away from this office.

I was greeted warmly by the receptionist; all necessary forms were completed; insurance coverage confirmed. After a short wait ((I arrived early), the nurse escorted me to be weighed, took my temperature and blood pressure and took me to the examination room. Shortly, Dr. Bango came in. She has a pleasant bedside manner and delved into a thorough examination of my medical history, followed by a physical exam. She went over her recommendations and provided orders for a couple of additional tests, along with contact information for several providers I could use. The nurse came to take blood for lab work telling me when to check back for results. The entire experience was streamlined - with excellent use of technology. I was able to view lab results online the day after my visit (with the caveat that the doctor had yet to review them and would go over them with me later). The staff were all very friendly and efficient, from check-in to checkout. I’m very pleased with Dr. Bango’s practice!

I am a physician @a tophospital inBoston and I received a phone call from my brotherwho told me he had new onset dropped foot, word finding difficulties, foggy brain, fatigue and pre-syncope.I told him to make an urgent appt with his PCP, who happened to be Dr. Bango. Unfortunately, she was absolutely useless. I wish I could witnessed whatever poor excuse she had for a history and physical exam.He is now being admitted sinceshe couldn't figure out what a sick, complex pt looks like. what a quack
