It took us almost one hour of wait in excruciating pain before we could see this “ER doctor”. Condescending or incompetent - not sure what is the best word I would use. From the moment she walked in, it was clear that she had no interest in listening to what we had to say or in understanding our condition. She showed no empathy. Every step took a long time although I was the only patient in the ER. Blood tests and CT Scan were done but no result was explained. In the meantime, she was busy playing with her phone. All the while, I was in deep muscle pain. After more than six hours in the ER, she sent us home around 3am with some pain medication and zero advice on what to do next. Swelling and pain continued to increase. We went to another ER. They were surprised and shocked upon learning what had transpired. My situation was very serious, blood tests had indicated so (she should have picked it up)and I was moved to immediate surgery. Quick intervention by a capable surgeon saved my leg

This doctor was one of the worst I have ever experienced. She was irritable and condescending. I was in there with my daughter for stomach pain. My daughter told her she felt a lump in on her right side right under her rib and it was at times painful and keeping her from sleeping. Dr.Cooley left us sitting there for 4 hours and came back in and gave her a tylenol and sent her home. Two weeks later my daughter had to have her gallbladder out - it ended up being a gallstone. Nice work Quack.

Was condescending the whole visit. Didn't seem interested in what I had to say and how I was feeling. She wouldn't even listen to any questions I had.
