She is an amazing and caring doctor
My husband and I were patients of dr Finlay from 2007 until 2017 when we moved away from area. We both found her to be a very caring and thoroughly experienced physician. She listened to our concerns and took care of our needsDuring every visit or phone call. During our 1st visit she correctly diagnosed my husband’s heart issues, sending him to hospital, and eventually to our cardiologist. God Bless Dr Finlay Tozzi

She is not even an MD, she is a DO. Worst Internal Medicine doctor I have ever encountered. Looks in your ears and listens to your chest and you're done! If you tell her any problems, she does not know what to do about it. She does what the insurance company will reimburse her for and that's it. Poor communication by her and her staff. Old school physician attitude, run down office, unfriendly nurse, noone at this office will have you in their best interest--Get 'em in, get 'em out & rude!
