Dr. Kim Freeman, MD

I was in desperate need of a provider and came across pretty positive reviews for Dr. Freeman. She was the only provider taking patients at the time at Women's Health of Central Virginia in Lynchburg, VA. I have extreme difficulties with gyn exams. I told them of this prior to my appointment and notified Dr. Freeman at my first appointment. I suppose she is competent with her job, but she has HORRIBLE bedside manner, is rude, and uncaring. The problems:1) She invited 2 interns into the room, but never once introduced them. 2) Never listened to my concerns & chastised me for my difficulty with the exam. Told I should do a procedure instead.3) Was told to pay $79 to cover my post-op appointment but was charged my co-pay. Office tech said the $79 typically covers 3-week post appointment, but they sent my bill to a law office for collections. 4) Worst of all the issues I had still aren't resolved.Dr. Freeman & this clinic IMHO is the absolute worst. 0 stars if I could.

I am so impressed with dr Freeman. I dont know whether i am picky or not because i have switched from one gynecologist to another. I am very critical. But Dr Freeman is more than what i have expected from a good doctor. She is very caring. She listened patiently to me & provided all answers very clearly about my health & my needs. She is super careful when examining . When i left the office, I felt so good like having someone looking after me. I finally found a trusted doctor after so many yrs.

I absolutely love Dr Freeman. I followed her to Olney from Leesburg and then back to Ashburn. She is caring, funny and caring. Everyone has a bad day and I’m sorry the one review may have reflected that, but you will not be disappointed with her. Who enjoys going for their annual exam, I truly look forward to seeing her each year.

Dr. Freeman is a wonderful OB/GYN. She guided me through each step during my first pregnancy. She answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Freeman provided great care during labor and delivery- -she made sure I knew what was going on at all times. I would recommend Dr. Freeman to friends and family.

Horrible. Glad she left Olney. She asked me at my first appointment with her if I wanted my tubes tied during my scheduled c-section with my third child. Not anything about my current pregnancy. She also called me the wrong name the day my third child was delivered, which unfortunately she was the delivering doctor. Wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. Zero stars.

She is a wonderful and caring OB GYN.
