Ignored Clear Evidence
Rather than scheduling the test that would cement a diagnosis, Dr. Lee ignored several pieces of data and instead opted to tell a teenage girl that her heart conditions were all in her head. Multiple pieces of data, including her mother having the same syndrome and heart monitor data, suggested that she had POTS, and a pretty clear-cut case at that. Dr. Lee told the patient that plenty of teenagers have a fast heartrate, and refused to order further testing, despite her and her mother, who, may I remind you, has the same exact condition, pushing for it. When she switched to another doctor, she was able to get a tilt table test right away, and didn't even need to complete the entire test for the doctor to say that it was one of the most obvious cases he had ever seen.

Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor who takes time to explain things and answer questions. He even let our daughter ask questions about her health and care. I always feel like he is working to get her the best care possible, even if that requires her seeing another doctor.

This gentleman was top Notch Inn care and compassion! I know he is needed in the exact spot where he is at, but he would also make the wonderful primary pediatrician that you'd get to see on a more regular basis!

Very positive. He showed a desire to be sure the patient and his mother clearly understood why they were there and his opinion of the patient's condition. He explained things in understandable terms and gave opportunity to ask questions.
