She is in the wrong field
She treats you as if she isnt licensed to listen to your concerns and provide proper and adequate treatment. She is very short and dismissive. Its like your annoying her by expecting her to do her job. Lack of empathy and medical knowledge. Please if you take your health seriously she ain't the one. The staff are a reflection of the physician.

No thank you
Dr. Palermo was very rushed and dismissive. The few times I saw her, she didn’t really listen to me. I also experienced quite a bit of fatphobia from her. At one point, she chalked both my foot problem and a breathing problem up to obesity and my diet without ever discussing my dietary habits, and just assumed I eat a high sodium diet. Turns out I had underlying conditions unrelated to my weight. Not that she considered that.

Rushed.
Always felt eh about Palermo. She was fine but just felt rushed all the time in my appointments with her. This time I came to her with a serious matter for once and had a terrible experience. She did not listen to me, all she cared about was filling in the boxes on the computer. She was very hasty and quick. Felt extremely dismissive and had a bit of a tense attitude. I would not recommend her as a good physician.
