Kim Russell, PA-C

Dr. Russell has carefully examined me for many years. She quickly identified a cancerous facial skin condition, had a biopsy done, and referred me to a top flight surgeon. Cancer-free without much of a scar at all. Each annual visit is thorough, very pleasant, and she is clearly mentoring other docs in her craft. She makes a routine visit pleasant, and encourages me to be mindful of the sun by recommending excellent products for skincare. Efficient, proficient, and delightful - What more could you ask for?

I have found Kim to be a pleasure to work with . She always answers every question I have clearly and her exams are thorough . She did not like the way a mole was looking so she removed it and found an early skin cancer . She I saw very personable and always makes me feel fully at ease .

This was the worst patient experience i have ever had. I left feeling as if I had been completely dismissed and talked down to simply because my "problem" was not of the more serious. When in reality, I paid for my visit just as everyone else did and do not deserve to be talked to in a rude, dismissive manner. However, the nurse and other staff were great. This was simply my reaction to the way the PA made me feel during the visit and even after leaving.
