I cannot in good conscience give a good review. The Office is Disorganized and Her Attitude Sucks!Dr. Harris was referred to my husband by very dear friends and without question he waited 2 months to see her. It’s been 3 weeks since his physical, March 11. He has called every week since to have his prescriptions refilled. He is now out of his scripts. During the visit we both had several questions & concerns, which Dr. Harris answered, but when I, his wife, tried to questioned her, I don’t think she liked that. I literally put up my hand and ask her to pause to ask further questions and I don’t think she liked that. Because today, April 3, when my husband called for the FIFTH time to get his refills, he was told that Dr. Harris does not believe she is a good fit for him because of his Wife!? I respect her years of education, but you’ve got to be really full of yourself, Conceited almost to think that patients should blindly follow you without questions. Change Your Attitude!

She's rude and has an attitude
She showed up to the office 45 minutes after my appointment. She was rude and dismissive. I will never return to that office after going there for over 20 years. Time to find a new doctor's office. I do not recommend her or Jupiter Family Healthcare!

Negligent and Rude!
Ms. Harris was condescending, unprofessional and did not provide me with necessary assessment for my illness. What she did try to do was order expensive tests and procedures that were not directly related to treating my ailment, even though I specifically requested bloodwork and a urinalysis - she refused, saying it would not give her the information she needed! The next Dr. I saw ordered it immediately, and found what I expected - an infection that needed to be treated (Ecoli). Her refusal increased the length of my illness substantially, and being sick for that length of time was emotionally and physically challenging! She should not be practicing medicine!

Outrageous
Waited 50 mins past my appointment time. When I grumbled about the wait, the nurse told me I could just reschedule if I had a problem with the wait. Really??When Harris came in she had a massive attitude, and essentially told me if I didn't like it go somewhere else. Well that was the best advice she's ever given me. Truth be told I was feeling somewhat bad about the interaction in the office, but after reading these most recent reviews, I know it wasnt just me!!! Stay away.

Terrible Doctor
Dr. Harris was fine in the past but has changed. Pay attention to the other bad reviews about her, she is unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. She is everything you DO NOT want a doctor to be. She does not listen and she actually tried to argue with me instead of trying to help. I left in tears and would never, ever return to this place. Management seems to condone the bad behavior and it affects the whole practice.

Terrible Doctor
I have liked Dr. Harris in the past. Today she treated me terribly and acted very unprofessionally. It was so bad, she yelled at me for asking for a simple test for something that a family member has been diagnosed with that is contagious. Now I have to find a new doctor and a new practice. Everyone in the office saw her making a scene and no one said anything. I left in tears and will never return. I can see now why she has so many bad reviews.

Horrible Doctor
I saw Dr. Harris for an upper respiratory infection that she totally misdiagnosed. I was coughing up green phlegm and couldn’t breathe, but she told me that it wasn’t an infection and wouldn’t give me an antibiotic. $120 later at urgent care, I was given antibiotics and it worked…imagine that! The office staff is completely unprofessional and rude as well. It’s like walking into a bunch of laughing hyenas at the front desk. I’ve been a patient there for over 10 years and I won’t be returning.

Dr. Harris is my primary care doctor. I called today to either get an appt or leave a message for here. I was diagnosed with Covid 5 days ago. I feel terrible. I am 65 years old. Her office staff appears to know everything. No we can’t get you an appt and we don’t take messages. If you are worse by Tuesday call us in the morning. Really….. this is how her patients are treated. I don’t think she cares at all. The fact I can’t even leave a message was very disturbing. I have a very sore throat, acute body aches, a rash on my chest and arms, fever, and pain. But no….you can’t see your doctor. Or leave a message. Don’t use this medical practice. They don’t care about you.

My husband and I are new to the area and saw Dr Harris for the first time today. I was very impressed with her! She conducted a complete physical and was very informative! Never rushed and answered all our questions and concerns. I will strongly recommend her!

Early on I had a bad feeling about Dr. Harris. She did not inspire confidence yet seemed highly impressed with herself. We had what I thought would be a minor issue over a small charge I believed to be unfair. The office staff member agreed and told me that it would of course be waived. (I had been a happy patient with another physician there for 12 years.) Then, at the end of my visit, the office member embarrassingly told me that Dr. Harris had overruled her. When I questioned the matter Dr. Harris took a very smug hard line. An hour later I had a new physician with far better experience and a five star rating. I have served as CEO of hospitals and have always had excellent relationships with all my personal physicians and related caregivers. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

I had water in my ear and a cut underneath a fingernail. Dr. Harris checked things out thoroughly, put a protective sleeve over the injured nail and made some suggestion's to speed up the natural healing process. I was comfortable with things and would recommend Dr. Harris!
