I came with questions as I should being an advocate for my own health. Dr. Chan is a very good doctor but her time seems limited. When getting my COVID shot my COVID card was not updated. I mentioned back pain with little response to care

You really need to change your survey. I communicate with my Health Care Team through MY CHART. I rarely phone the office. But I use MY CHART email to communicate exclusively. Dr. Chan & her team is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this office team. I'm so happy I found a Health Care Team that I really like.
