This was our first appointment with Dr Persley and we were favorably impressed with her.

Great diagnostic skills, caring, the best!

Dr. Persley is very personable. She is concerned about the whole person and recommends several helpful improvements to life stye. She is very knowledgeable about ulcerative colitis and I am pleased with my progress.

Dr. Persley is honestly the best! I’ve had other ulcerative colitis doctors and one was pretty good but Dr. Persley is just the absolute best!! I couldn’t express that enough, even with all the allowed characters on this! NO other ulcerative colitis doctors that I had, were comfortable with me getting pregnant so I expected the same from her but that was not the case at all!! She made me feel super comfortable with it, whereas my other doctors made me so uncomfortable about it that I would distance myself from them during my pregnancies and that was not good. Also, when I ended up in the hospital cause my UC flare got out of control due to having trouble getting my infusion medication through express scripts/accredo, she called them there in my hospital room and ripped them a new one without even raising her voice, she was very calm and cool with them but after that, I received my medication right away! She’s just wonderful!!

Office wait between 10-15 min, friendly office staff, good communication with physician, direct with compassion - not blunt. Explains diagnosis, and treatment plan Well respected and highly recommended!

I had appointment last week & 2 days before the appointment I had a plumbing emergency (toilet became nonfunctional). I tried calling the doctors office to reschedule 2 days before appointment & repeatedly told to leave a message, which I did with my name, DOB, & phone #. I left 2 messages on Tuesday & never heard back. I called again repeatedly on Wednesday AM & never got through & left message with my info. & never heard back??? Now they want to charge me a fee for not keeping my appointment??? No way! The physician is GREAT! I need her but not the office staff. What’s going on?

Relaxed atmosphere, she asks for your concerns and listens before responding. Thoroughly explains all medical issues and recommendations.

I had a first appointment with Dr. Presley. She wouldn't look me in the eyes or shake my hand. She acted bothered that I was there. I felt she did not listen to what I was trying to say. She acted abrupt and condescending. I feel like I was poo on her shoe. Then, she rushed me over to pay for my visit. Not returning.

Dr. Persley is awesome! I always leave my appointments confident in my treatment plan and that the plan addresses my specific needs.

From the receptionist to the nurses and attendees to Dr Persley, all did a very good job.

I entrusted Dr. Persley as my Gastroenterologist for preventive digestive health care more than 15 years ago. I am so glad I did! I remain extremely impressed with her expertise and knowledge. She listens to my concerns, screens and explains treatment options and recommendations. Dr Persley has conducted all my colonoscopies and endoscopies. She is personable, and communicates results and answers to all my questions promptly and directly. How many doctors do that today? Dr. Persley's staff is amazing as well, requests and appointment scheduling are handled promptly.

Dr. Persley has treated me for several different issues over the last 10 years. She takes time to listen and together we work through the diagnosis. She follows up when needed and I would recommend her highly.
