Dr. Jackson is topnotch!
Friendly, knowledgeable, kind and listens to patient concerns. Treatment plans include comprehensive and safe protocols that are tailored based on all health conditions of the individual. Didn't feel like just another number with Dr. Jackson. She truly cares and it shows!

I am very satisfied with the way I have been treated by Dr. Jackson, the NP, as well as her staff. I never had to wait a very long time and could always address all my concerns with her as well as her staff. The only thing that I believe needs improvement is that when they can't answer the phone, I can't leave a message but have to keep on calling back, which can be very frustrating at times. Other than that, I am very satisfied!

I would not recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone. Her staff is horrible. I feel they violated my privacy by giving my entire medical history information to a family member.

I was very sick and had an appointment with Dr Jackson, each time I go to the office its always a 2 hour ordeal. Wait and wait to see the doctor. This time they left me in a room for 45 minutes without even checking on me. I have not been under a doctors care since then. They didn't even apologize to me. The woman by the room I was in said they thought I had left already. Me crying said I have not seen anyone in 45 minutes. No I had not left. Very disappointed

Kimberly Jackson falsely accused my mother of saying something derogatory about her religion. But she put it against me in my medical record, where new doctors question it, and the stress I am now under to explain this. My mother didn't say anything about her religion because I was there. Another lie her office staff put in my medical chart that I was a no show for a appointment. It was due to the power was out and I could not use the elevator. And then she terminated me as a patient.

I recently made Dr Jackson my primary doctor. She was very patient me. She took time to answer all my questions and she asked me a lot of questions. She was very down to earth and kind. She was very knowledgeable about my medications from my pervious doctor. The staff was great too. I drive thirty miles for great service! I am proud to be her patient.

Dr. Jackson is a good doctor except she needs to leave her 100% honesty at the door. My mother started going to her last year the last time she was there told my mother that she smelled bad like a dog. We have pets hello who doesn't? That comment was uncalled for and now she refuses to see my mother herself so insteads sends her PA in! As a doctor she should not say things like that to her patients leave the judging at the door!

Leaving a 5 star because dr Jackson is the best dr. In Phenix city if you are over the age of 70 and don't mind waiting for her to find " peace" with in her self to do her job such as Request medical records Put in prescriptions as needed Follow through with treatments Actually remember you! Blame staff member for her short comings Refuse to honor medical power of attorney Actually talk to your face instead of her tablet Call me and I'll give you a list of reasons not to go to this doctor
