I seen this doctor a few years ago. When she finally came into the exam room the first thing she said is we have a problem you don't have health insurance . I asked why was that a problem? She said she didn't understand why I didn't go to the health department. I had to explain to her I didn't have health insurance I wasn't poor. When I told her my problems she said lets be realistic like I was not having bad problems . This woman is a terrible doctor. I had to go to Chattanooga to find a good female doctor.

Had to wait in waiting room for 2 hours before she rushed my appt and got angry at me for asking for a pelvic exam. Told me I was making up symptoms and treated me like I'm stupid. Refused to listen to my answers so her diagnosis would fit. When she couldn't think of a diagnosis she basically told me oh well I can't fix it nothing I can do and left me untreated. Won't be going back; she is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't care about helping people. I also never received an apology for waiting for two hours, a common occurrence here since she is NEVER on time and always leaves you waiting for hours.

She's absolutely amazing . Never will I ever see another doctor . She became like family she is the best doctor and an amazing person with the biggest most caring heart. I would trust her with my life . I have trusted her with my life and would do it again 1000x also because of her I have a beautiful perfect 11 month old ??????

Excellent location. Beautiful office. Her staff are friendly and compassionate. Have used Dr. Gorman for years and will continue to do so.

Loved Dr. Gorman she took the time to talk to me made me feel comfortable answered questions I had and the staff was great too.

Wait times have been in excess of 3 hours. My annual wellness visit was coded incorrectly by her billing department and was not covered by my insurance. I asked repeatedly if they could resubmit it and even provided the correct billing code provided by my insurance provider. When I expressed my concerns to her she called my pharmacy and cancelled the refills on my prescriptions, one of which was my blood pressure medication.

The wait time to go back to a room is ridiculously long!!! My appointment was at 2p and I did not get called back to a room until 4:45p Dr was in room maybe 5 minutes I was very disappointed and will not go back
