Dr. Kimberly Kraus, MD

I had one appointment with Dr. Kraus and it was a strange experience. The waiting room was empty except for me and I felt like I was sitting in a closet. The scale is in the bathroom, the exam room was dark and dirty looking. Weird decor. Dr. Kraus herself gave weird vibes. Not friendly or helpful at all. Accused me of trying to steal her glasses. Gave me a sample of a medication with no education on it. After doing my own research, if I would have used it I would have been in trouble. The medication was in a Jesus Loves You bag which was odd. I'm still confused about that whole appointment. Did not feel welcome there at all.

Doc Krause is attentive, knowledgeable, and a hige advocate for her patients.

Dr. Kraus was amazing. She sat and listened to my every concern. The nurses and staff are super sweet and caring. Whenever I called the office, my questions were always answered. Dr. Kraus took my precious pregnancy history into considerstion to make this pregnancy as comfortable as possible. I always felt heard and that my concerns were fully addressed. Kudos to Dr. Kraus and her staff for a great experience!

Dr. Kraus is absolutely wonderful! She takes her time during my appts and I never leave an appt with any unanswered questions or concerns that have not been addressed. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Kraus and she is easy to talk to. The office staff are always very friendly and easy to talk to as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Kraus :)

I was able to see the doctor right away without waiting. She was efficient and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kraus! She just did a divinci hysterectomy with me and my recovery was just short of amazing. She is very nice and professional!!

Dr Kraus is very personable, gentle and kind, but the office staff is not so much. The office area where the staff sit is such a mess. I thought maybe they were moving to another location because everything seemed to be out of place. The staff seemed very disinterested and unprofessional. It took them 5 days to get a prescription to my pharmacy once they called me to tell me I needed antibiotics. I called everyday asking why it was not sent to my pharmacy. No good answer was given.

I love Dr. Kraus! I have been seeing her just about 10 years now. I have never had any issues with her or her office!

Spends little to no time with patients and does not explain risks or general information about conditions, just asks if you have questions without providing enough information for you to formulate any questions if you don't do your research ahead of time. Wait time is horrendous. I've had three visits. The first visit was a sales pitch for Kyani that Dr. Kraus's husband sells and the nurses plug for her, which is incredibly unprofessional.

1. I've been "forgotten" in the waiting room multiple times as they only write your name down on a scratch piece of paper when you arrive. 2. After 1.5 years of trying to conceive, she finally ordered an HSG which she said everything looked good. Six months later, I was referred to a fertility specialist by a friend who found that I had scar tissue covering my fallopian tube (something she should have caught or looked into). I will never go back to her, the practice and will not recommend them.

Dr. Kraus is great! She has our complete as this is our 2nd pregnacy with her. She is kind, caring, and passionate!

Office staff are HORRIBLE people. Dr Kraus is nice but refuses to get back to patients based off of what her HORRIBLE staff instructs her to do based off of their judgmental opinions of the patients. I will never visit this office or Dr again nor will I allow my daughter to go there. I will also instruct the referrals I've recently sent not to go either. I would never want people I care about to be treated badly.

Dr. Kraus is great! She has a calm and friendly demeanor which makes for good bedside manner. She takes the time to answer questions and explain procedures / reasons for having them completed. I felt very comfortable having her deliver my son and she was in there with us for quite a while! I also appreciate that she does charity work in the field and is a mentor to students. She really seems to care about the profession. The office staff is nice and caring, too! I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Kraus is an exceptional physician. Her office staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt at getting same day appointments for emergency situations. She has an excellent bedside manner and takes time to understand her patient's stories and concerns. She delivered my daughter and performed surgery for me. I trust her fully. She's also a great candid photographer, snapping our first family picture immediately after delivery.

Dr kraus and her staff were truly amazing to me! At every apt she gave me the best care and her staff was so kind and happy all the time! When it came time to deliver my son,dr kraus was so calming and relaxed I never had to worry a bit! the experience was awsome!!!

Dr. Kraus is amazing! She has a great bedside manner, and makes you feel very comfortable. I have had 3 children with her! She never rushed me during appointments, and always answered my questions thoroughly, especially during my nervous mom moments! I have never waited more than 15 min for an appt! Not only is she great at delivering babies, she is a great surgeon. I have multiple friends who have gone to her for issues and they have all agreed with me on how wonderful she is.

Very good in the delivery room, but other than that we were not a fan. Didn't really seem too interested in our pregnancy. Dr Gingo filled in one visit and we was much more attentive and informative. The worst part was the office staff. Horrible, with the exception of Crystal and one other nurse. The girls at the window are really really bad. You'd hear them gossiping behind the glass. They once forgot we were in the waiting room, for over an hour. I don't think we ever waited less than 45 min

Extremely professional yet comfortable to talk to Listened well and took time to answer questions I highly recommend
