Think twice before considering this practice
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Synergy Private Health, and I feel compelled to share my grievances to warn others. Initially, I was drawn to Synergy because of their promises of personalized care and dedication to patients with complex health issues. However, my hopes were dashed when I realized that their commitment to patients is nothing but a facade.Despite clearly communicating my complex health issues and my need for a reliable PCP, I was ultimately dismissed by Synergy for being 'too complicated.' This dismissal came after investing 2.5 years of my time and trust into their practice. It's disheartening to realize that they prioritize so-called 'longevity' clients over individuals with genuine health concerns. What's worse is the inconsistency and lack of communication within the office. On one hand, I was assured that I would never be left without a PCP if I was on a waitlist. On the other hand, I was given a hard deadline and told that regardless of my circu

Unethical
I was a patient at Synergy private health for two and a half years. Dr Parks decided to focus on 'longevity' now that they have more interest in the practice. This means that their complex patients are being dismissed, and that includes myself, an established patient who was paying $5,000 a year. I was not given the option to pay more to keep my membership, merely told they were moving their focus away from my type of patient - severely chronically ill and in desperate need of coordination of care - in favor of practices to length healthy people's lives. I was first told they would not leave me without a PCP if I couldn't find a new one. But when I struggled to find a new one I was told that I had a last day with them and after that they would not see me. I managed to get a new PCP because someone who wasn't taking new patients took pity on me after seeing my chart, and thought it would be irresponsible to leave me without a PCP.

False Advertising
Beware: I was researching doctors and came across Dr. Park's practice. Her website says 'Dr. Parks is a Harvard-trained clinician' but if you look at MGH's site, it she studied at 'Kansas City University'. Unfortunate that there are frauds in the field of medicine, what happened to honest doctors?

With Dr Parks guidance I already see improvements in my overall health. Dr Parks listened to my needs and set up appointments for me with the right specialists (in a very timely manner) as appropriate. The office staff are all lovely to work with as well. Dr. Parks is by far the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. In the last 18 months she has guided me through a cure for my insomnia. She called me on a Saturday to give me the best website at the time so I could get my Covid 19 vaccination. When it came time for my knee to be replaced she assisted me with a second opinion which changed the type of surgery I ended up going with. Post surgery she checked in to make sure my recovery was going well. Dr. Parks is patient, empathic, a good listener and is so very intelligent. She is a real partner in my healthcare. I feel very blessed to have her on my healthcare team. After working with her for 6 months my husband joined her practice too.
