Best Doctor Ever

Compassionate doctor

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Sackheim for her thorough and compassionate care. After struggling with persistent hip pain after a car accident, I was initially advised by another doctor to undergo surgery. However, Dr. Sackheim took the time to listen to my concerns and referred me to a physical therapist instead, which helped me build strength and avoid the need for surgery. Thanks to her expert guidance, I’m able to live a much more active life. Her approach was not only professional but also incredibly patient and considerate of my concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking solutions for their pain!

I used to be a patient of Dr. Kimberly Sackheim for about 12 years. She worked at NYU Langone Center when she was, as it seemed to me then, an unusually good person. I thought doctor wanted to help. But as soon as she opened her private practice, she changed a lot. I called to ask for a prescription. She did spend less than 2 minutes on the phone. As I hung up, I received a bill for $ 250. In 2023, I paid thousands of dollars for treatments from 2021 to 2023. My migraines and body pains were insanely aggravated by the numbers I was receiving. Maybe it is worth telling patients the truth before they agree to treatment without surprises.

Brilliant pain management & compassion

I've been seeing Dr. Sackheim for a damaged shoulder pain & badly herniated neck pain for quite sometime, I've seen many doctors for those problems for years to no avail, till I encountered Dr.Sackheim, she was and remains to this day able to bring my pain symptoms to heel, tried different pain management modalities till we found the suitable treatment that allows me to go on with normal life as close as possible... She is very compassionate, listens intently to complaints and would not give up on the toughest pain till it has been healed or dramatically alleviated... Wouldn't see anyone else when it comes to pain management..

Dr. Sackheim’s injections work!
I have been a patient of Dr. Sackheim since 2020 when a debilitating migraine landed me in the ER. Since then I have been getting injections for migraines from Dr. Sackheim and it has changed my life. In the past I have had injections from a different doctor and they did not work. Dr. Sackheim’s injections work! I no longer suffer from several migraines per month and I am able to be a happier and more productive person. During my visits whether in person or through telehealth, Dr. Sackheim listened carefully and provided options and solutions. She explained thoroughly. Her skill in administering an epidural to my lumbar spine was painless and she made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her to those looking to find a doctor who can help with chronic pain.

Dr.Sackheim
I have been a patient of Dr.Sackheim for many years now. I have many health issues which requires multiple doctors & office visits. Dr.Sackheim has really gone out of her way to help improve my quality of life. Always on top of making sure I have my medications, and the office response if there has ever been issues with not being able to get my medicine is accurate and rapid. I have been a patient of Dr. Sackheim’s for many years. She deals with often complicated diagnoses with great intelligence, empathy and skill, always thinking out of the box when trying to determine just the right treatment plan. My college-age daughter who saw Dr. Sackheim for extreme migraines, has also been a patient for the past year. Outcome? Her migraines were gone within a month of starting treatment and have not returned. The office itself is well-run with Francesca at the desk handling appointments, insurance, etc., with warmth and efficiency. Could not recommend more highly.

She is not only my physician, but also my mentor.
I have been a patient of Doctor Kimberly Sackheim’s for about nine years, ever since I was referred to her by the M.S. Center at NYU Langone Medical Center. I have a rare inherited blood disorder which makes any chronic pain and mobility treatment a bit trickier, Doctor Sackheim is so incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to medications and interactions, that she immediately put me at ease. Over the years I found her to be dauntless, compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely concerned about her patients. As an older woman, I was not prepared to face a return of migraines. Knowing my family history of strokes, she treated me for the pain from headaches but insisted I see a neurologist just to rule out anything more threatening. You wouldn't expect your chronic pain and mobility specialist to assist in saving your life, but on January 16th of this year I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm that was successfully treated through emergency surgery. Needless to say, I love her very much.

hands of pure gold
Dr. Sackheim has hands of pure gold. I have severe chronic back pains and had several surgeries also problems with my knees. Dr. Sackheim gave me my mobility back and helped to avoid yet another surgery. She does injections like no other doctor I have ever encountered. In addition, she has a very upbeat and friendly personality and she puts you at ease. She explains all your options and comes up with the best treatment plan. Hands down on of the best doctors out there!

Highly recommend Dr. Sackheim!
Dr. Sackheim is one of the best doctors I have the pleasure of being treated by. She is caring, compassionate and understanding. She takes her time listening to what you have to say and goes over different options. When she does procedures she makes sure that you are not in pain and explains everything. I have recommended many people to her and they are all happy. Highly recommend Dr. Sackheim!

A rare, truly outstanding physician. Unlike hospital physicians Dr.. Sackheim will not tolerate your pain. She will act immediately and aggressively to bring chronic migraine or other headache miseries under control. She is thoroughly attentive, responds to emails and phone calls and works harder than any doctor I've ever encountered. Just an all around wonderful doctor.

Dr.Sackheim is the most Dedicated and Caring Doctor who Truly Understands and has Empathy for the pain I have been suffering since 2002. I have 5 spine fusions. Dr Sackheim's Genuine Kindness is shown through her Phenomenal Techniques she uses during her procedures. Dr. Sackheim has been an Amazing Advocate for me dealing with my Pharmacy and Insurance Companies. I Truly Recommend Sackheim for her Brilliant Expertise and Loyalty to assist with your chronic pain.
