Scheduled a cancer screening as a new patient and also wanting to review a few other potentially autoimmune related concerns. The doctor was horrible to work with. No compassion, no kindness, no patience and talked in the most condescending manner possible. Her full body cancer screening took less than 90 seconds. I would avoid this provider at all costs.

My daughter sees the PA. Monica. My daughter had a tiny spot that was removed and within 2 days got the results it was melonoma. Immediately was scheduled to come in the following day to discuss removal and options. It was on her arm and was referred to a surgeon and two days after that she had her surgery. Was told by surgeon if we waited any longer our news would’ve been devastating. Monica’s quick action probably saved my daughters life.

On 2/4 I cancelled a 2/6 appointment. Was not invited to rebook. Feeling this was strange , I phoned the office on 2/5 and was told by a young lady that it was not your policy to rebook cancellations, This may be your policy , but on the possibility that it is not, I thought you should know about it. As you know I am a longtime patient and as of now have not made another appointment.
