Do not have anything done at OFS
This has been the absolute most frustrating team to deal with. I can not get paperwork back for months so I can get money to survive while I couldn’t work. I have probably spoken to Workman less than ten minutes in my 10 plus appointments and seems to want nothing but to get rid of me.

Incomplete Examination
I don’t have a problem with the clinic or any of the support staff, my issue is only with the doctor herself. I was seen because I injured my Achilles and had imaging done. The MD that reviewed the images, confirmed that it was at least partially torn. When I saw Dr. Workman, she spent a few minutes with me, poking and prodding and twisting and turning my foot and ankle. I had already made it clear when scheduling and again with the medical assistant, that I had recent images at Providence and the MD that we viewed those images said the Achilles was torn. I was also told by three other medical professionals, though not specialists, that this sounded like a classic partial Achilles tear. Dr. Workman said (after her poking and prodding and asking if “this hurts”) that she didn’t think it was torn. I again said that the images show that it is torn, which she did not respond to. She told me I had tendinitis in both Achilles, which I’m not arguing, but certainly the right injured Achilles h

More personalized care and shorter wait
Honestly with the hour and 5 minute wait and then a quick visit with doctor. Kinda felt like a piece of baggage just being handling and getting through the line. I'm in a lot of pain today, I was not told that would happen after the shot, so I don't know if it's normal. I feel like I would like more personalized care. Thanks!

excellent treatment
My left knee had been painful for several years due to my falling out of bed. Dr Workmen was serious, she listened carefully, and gave me her assessment and treatment plan. She gave me an injection of a steroid into my knee, like a sting. the entire office visit took 10 minutes. X-rays beforehand took 10 minutes. This was the most helpful quick visit to a physician in years. Thank You!! My knee pain is gone. She is wonderful.

Dr Workman always explains what to expect, any side effects and expected outcomes. She also listens to concerns and questions. I have always felt she wanted me to be a part of decision making regarding my care. Her team helps keep you informed prior to a procedure. Very thankful to have had her do my knee replacement surgery.

Total knee replacement
I have had awesome treatment from Dr. workman and her team. I’m about in my fourth month after my total knee replacement and I’m doing well. It seems to be getting better as time goes on. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience with her and the fracture clinic.

Terrific!
Dr. Workman provided emergency surgery when I had a fall and broke my femur. I couldn't have asked for a more skillful surgeon or kinder, more empathetic person to help me through a difficult period. A wonderful doctor and person.

M 2nd surgery with Dr. Workman. Fantastic job.
This was my 2nd surgery with Dr. Workman. I'm grateful for the first surgery, I had alot of damage to my ankle and not only did she save it but I actually got to walk again. Unfortunately the ankle became arthritic n she performed an ankle fusion. The results were immediate, no more pain and a ankle that looks like it should. She been a fantastic Doctor through it all and her care deserve just as much praise. Thank you.

Skilled, professional & compassionate surgeon
I saw Dr. Kimberly Workman last week for my one year post-op total ankle replacement surgery. Throughout the entire process, Workman showed compassion and supportive care for several years before we cooperatively decided to go ahead with surgery. On the day of surgery, Dr. Workman did an excellent job on my total ankle replacement. Her through care, compassion and genuine through care continued after the surgery until today, one year later, I am completely back on my feet, pain free, back in motion.. I am extremely grateful for her skill as a surgeon and her compassion as a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Workman to anyone considering orthopedic care.

Dismissive & Callous
Dr. Workman was incredibly dismissive of my husband, who had broken his knee. Despite two other doctors with x-rays saying it was broken, she told him "there's a break, but it's not broken". Make it make sense. When we requested paperwork for his work release, she straight out said no. Definitely a doctor that shouldn't be one as she clearly doesn't care about her patients.
