Dr. Kiran Siddiqui, MD

Dr. Siddiqui is an extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring provider and we have been seeing her for years. However, I will be looking for a new doctor for my daughter. It's a shame, but I can no longer tolerate the amount of effort and patience required to work with the front office staff. Every single time a medication refill is required multiple begging and pleading phone calls are required and sometimes still we run out before they put in the refill notification. It is so frustrating! Dr. Siddiqui blames the office staff for not telling her. The front office blames Dr. Siddiqui claiming they tell her but she doesn't follow through. This has been going on for over a year. Enough of the finger-pointing! Dr. Siddiqui, I blame you either way. You hired your staff and if they are truly this inadequate they should be fired -- YESTERDAY!

Dr. Siddiqui is a wonderful doctor for children and adults. She takes time with each appointment and never rushes. She cares about the whole person, not only medication. She's a gift!

Front office is uniformed, uneducated, and is apathetic in regards to maintaining and attaining accurate prescription medication. They have zero interest in medicine, mental illness, and working here is merely a job. They also possess no sense of urgency, are apathetic, and are unable to say “I’m sorry for the mixup, inconvenience, etc. I am leaving this Dr. because of her poor selection of front office staff.

Dr. Siddiqui is a caring and trusted professional. She listens intently and offers evidenced based solutions. She takes time to understand the individual and works with other medical professionals to assemble a total remediation plan that's in the best interest of the patient.
