Dr. Kirsten Andrews, MD

I absolutely loved Dr. Andrews. I am so very sad that she left the Polyclinic where I get my care. She will be irreplaceable. She is compassionate, thorough, brilliant and like seeing a good friend. I cannot say enough good things about her!

I have been going to Kirsten for over 10 years now. I’ve had minor problems, surgeries, and chronic issues during that time frame. She has listened to me, and helped me throughout the years. You couldn’t find a better doctor!

Dr K Andrews is an outrageously rigid and self righteous doctor who just put my daughter in harm's way. She in college and needs a refill for a medicine she's been on for three years but is insisting my healthy daughter go into her clinic to do an annual visit--while Seattle and her hospital is in the epicenter of the Coronavirus outbreak. This violates best practices issued by the CDC. The more I argued--the more they dug in. Horrible horrible people and practice.

Her staff is so stupid. I took an appointment for week later and when I went for appointment, they told me she is not taking any new patients anymore. And they rescheduled me to some other person who is not even doctor but a nurse practitioner. And said we tried to call you in morning but couldn’t reach you. That’s it. They didn’t even tried to reach me again. And so stupid that why did they confirm me earlier if she was not taking any new patients anymore. I am not even sure if she is really not taking new patients or she is just unprofessional.
