Empatheitc, but poor care.
I have had Dr. Hughes as my general doctor off and on for 8ish years now. While she has always been a kind and empathetic individual, lately, her lack of communication and general dragging of feet on all but the most dire medical issues has me looking for a new doctor. It is disappointing to see the quality of my care dip so much since I switched over to her.

Not ever been impressed
As someone who has multiple doctors to deal with including the VA Kisha never makes me feel like she ever listened. I have medical records that were accessible to review past injuries and she ignored it only to order a new battery of tests. Kaiser docs are there to make you feel good they did something not make you feel better. Good or bad.

She has been my GP for almost 4 years now and I have no plans on changing any time soon. It is rare to have a doctor that actually LISTENS to their patients and does not try to shame or blame them based on their weight. Nor does she try to shove pills at you either. I love Dr. Hughes at Santa Rosa Kaiser!
