Very happy with Dr. Poonsombudlert
Dr. Kit is the best doctor I could have. She is so professional. She explains everything in such a professional and caring way. She outlines all my options, makes sure all my questions and concerns are covered. She calls me when my results come back to see if I have concerns or questions. I am so grateful we found her.

Awful
She was the first, don’t even want to call her doctor, the first person that told me that I had acute myeloid leukemia. She had me set up on the table and she was feeling my lymph nodes in my neck to see if they were swollen. I asked her if she could feel anything and she started laughing and giggling like she was a little kid. And said “ I don’t know I just like doing that” So not a very good first impression she’s not gonna make a good nurse or doctor. The way she told me that I had cancer was very unprofessional. Hearing that you have a cancer diagnosis is really scary and she is not professional at all. I need someone that is professional that will help me through my cancer journey not somebody that acts like a little kid. She tried to come into my room once I got up to Cancer Center and I refused to have her ad my doctor or nurse. Find a good doctor that is professional and knows what they’re doing.

Very unprofessional
When I first found out, I had cancer she is the one that told me in a very inappropriate way. And then she had me sit on the table in the room and she was feeling my lymph nodes to see if they’re swollen. I asked her if she felt anything and she just started laughing and giggling like a little kid and said “ I don’t know I just like doing that!!”I told her to get out of my room and I have asked her to be removed from my room and other situation’s as well. I need to professional to help me through my cancer patient not somebody that acts like a little kid.
