Horrible experience with this doctor. 0 stars. I went to him for primary care and on my second visit I told him I had a dizzy spell the day before. I was having brain fog and some cognitive issues from immune issues possibly from Covid. I was extremely vulnerable when I went to him and he took advantage. Instead of being concerned or trying to investigate further, he pushed a steroid on me without consent. Without consent/and informed consent he gave me a steroid shot that made me black out. He knows what happened and tried to play it down. I was severely confused after the shot and when I was leaving he had his secretary, Jamie, have me sign a consent form. I was sick for months. He gives out steroid shots without giving patients consent as well as knowing how harmful they are firsthand!!! Look his story up under Google. For a doctor to give this out knowing the dangers of steroids firsthand himself, is a horrible human being. The treatment and deception that I received by this doctor is real.

Would not recommend for several reasons
I would not recommend this doctor or practice for several reasons. Everything they do takes an inordinate amount of time. 2 months for first appointment. Another month for the first sleep study. And yet another month to get the second part of the sleep study. Which was supposed to be done the first night. 8 weeks to get the first visit report. 6 weeks to get the first night sleep study report. Another 4 weeks to get told that the second night spent at his facility produced no data from the study. During the initial visit Dr. Kashi told me I had periodontal disease. I scheduled an immediate visit to my dentist who told me that was crazy. I absolutely did not have that problem. Huh?? After 5 months of dealing with this doctor I have nothing to show for it except many insurance bills.

If you only have ONE medical issue (sleep apnea) you will probably be fine with this doctor. But if you have ANY other health issue, be mindful of relying on an accurate diagnosis. Additionally, the office staff does not communicate results or next steps in a timely manner. I had a sleep study which found I have severe sleep apnea and did not hear anything until 6 weeks later when I called. When I did get a person on the phone I was told "we tried to call you." However, I had no voice mails or calls from the office in my call history. When I tried to talk to Dr. Kashi about the lack of communication he did apologize but called me "sweetie." However, he was not able to accurately diagnosis why my sleep apnea went from moderate to severe after losing 30 pounds. Luckily I have an awesome dentist and TMJ specialist who were able to make an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

I loved the staff, they were kind, thoughtful, helpful, patient and most importantly professional. When I did a telemed appointment with Dr. Kashi he was also the same way... I find the negative comments false and honestly petty. I recomend whole heartedly for anyone to come here. They even talk to you about what they are doing if you want them to. Completely wonderful people. <3 (Sorry for the essay)

I've been a patient of Dr. Kashi's for few years now. I recommend anyone with any type of sleep disorder to see him. He and his staff are very professional and make you feel comfortable. They have changed my life (maybe even saved my life) through better, more restful sleep.

Office has terrible customer service. Every time I called I had to leave a message and wait days for them to call me back. The provider is very thorough but the staff thinks you serve them instead of the patient is served.

The experience with the Baltimore sleep and Wellness Center changed my life. For years I had suffered, without knowing, from obstructive sleep apnea. This affected every aspect of my life, and enjoyment of my life. Dr. Kashi and his staff are amazing, knowledgeable, and caring professionals you go above and beyond for patients. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone who suspects they might be suffering from a sleep disorder.

Not sure how an internal medicine doctor which is the lowest level of MD, in a sense, can act as if he is specialized in such sensitive area. It is mind boggling, to say the least. Why his license is not taken away for false advertisement is because he words it in a tricky way. I would not pay to go to him, I rather go to a specialist. I would go to someone like him for general issues but then, no thank you, I need to be referred.

He seems personable initially. Wait time is excessive and not worth it to be rushed through and most of interaction with nurse or assistants.
