Dr. Klaus Freeland, MD

I was a little anxious about having cataract surgery, but no need to be. Everything went smoothly. Dr. Freeland and his team were very professional and personable, explained every step. Looking forward to having left eye done.

Waited almost an hour past my 10:10 am appointment time before seeing someone. I find it strange that they would be this backed up by mid-morning. Dr Freeman did the exam and explained various cataract surgery lense options very quickly. I asked to get an estimate of the cost only to be told that I would get that when checking out. Had to ask at checkout and the lady said that she did not have anything. I was very frustrated by that time and was offered to meet with the office manager. Had to spend another 15 minutes to get what should have been provided right from the beginning. Needless to say, I will look to take my business somewhere else.

After waiting 90 minutes I never got to see Dr. Freeland. The Nurse was unqualified to serve my needs at that time. My Medical Record was not available though I had been a Patient there for over 5 years. Never had an experience like this when Dr. Montgomery was there.

Dr. Freeland was very thorough and attentive to my need for a quick resolution to my issue. The office staff was also quite pleasant.
