I liked Dr Patil & her assistant just fine. I give them a 4/5 for helpfulness & competence. The office as a whole I give a 1/5. There is no way to reach a live person, you have to leave a message. Messages are not returned as promised. To date we have been waiting 4 days past the date when a biopsy should have been ready to hear results. I should have guessed the office would be bureaucratic because of the hoops we jumped through to get an appt.

Dr. Patil is one of my favorite doctors I have ever gone to. She is so personable, willing to fully listen to your concerns, keeps up to date on the ever changing medical field... she truly makes the latient- physician relationship a partnership!

Unfortunately this office is booked out for months and won't see new patients without paperwork gathered from the far reaches of your medical history. I am Hypo Hashi's and was in the ER a few days ago. I'm sick and on beta blockers (dizzy and sick) to control my Hyper symptoms, but I'm supposed to go to my primary doctor to collect data and ask for a referral my insurance doesn't require BEFORE I can even make an appointment. I thought doctors were supposed to help people.
