Phone calls not returned!
I have mixed feelings about Dr. Rastogi. Our first visit, he was not very friendly at all. But then I thought bedside manner is great, but I just need an experienced doctor! Our second visit, he was more friendly and very gentle administering my first nerve block. It was definitely uncomfortable but he kept asking if I was ok. So that was nice. Unfortunately the procedure did nothing to help my head pain. I called and left a message with his MA (or whoever) 9 days ago asking what other options I have now. Nobody has bothered to call me back. Definitely not happy with support staff and lack of patient care. I guess I'll figure out my next steps on my own!

No information at all
This has been the worst experience. I found out the results of my MRI before he did. It took him 3 days to call me back. I STILL haven't had a follow up consultation to discuss the finding and figure out a game plan for treatment or what the direction of treatment will look like. When I called to ask about the results, it was the nurse who answered about a 'possible' mass. When I did message him, his answers were again, vague and no real conversation about treatment or what is going on. He's awful. I have to wait 2 months for a second opinion.

Nice Man, But Appears Incompetent
Dr. Rastogi is a very pleasant man who diagnosed a neuromuscular disease that he appeared to have little knowledge about. He was unable to educate me about this new diagnosis and prescribed medication he seemed to not know about. In fact, he provided multiple points of information that turned out to be the opposite of what is known. I have no confidence in his ability to help me and will not be returning.

Do Not Use this Neurologist
I was referred to Dr. Rastogi since Dr. Zimmerman retired. The first meeting I had he was an hour and half late. The second meeting he spent two minutes with me and spoke not about my two decades of problems with tremors but said I was ok and left the room. He has be diagnosed with a minor tic and migraines and has no record of my past history. He has not contacted me regarding my recent MRI and the staff brushes it off as well.

Went to him after having a tia. Was told what I had was not a tia. I also had been previously diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines and he tried to tell me they were just migraines. What ever that means. I developed tremors and a co worker observed me having what seemed like a grand mall seizure. I went in for an appointment which he didn't show for and I went in for testing in his office. The lady who did the testing was very kind and patient. Anyways he looked at it when he came back to the office weeks later and said everything looks fine then prescribed me anxiety meds. I later got diagnosed at another clinic with epilepsy. I would say he and Davis hospital are just extremely neglectful and should be avoided at all costs.

What a disaster!
He took over the office of Dr Zimmerman and has been awful! My first impression was he is a person that has to correct!! As we spoke about my history, which I am obviously well versed in, and he had to correct anything I said that didn’t fit his experience!! I am careful in my business to make sure I never make anyone feel stupid! He needs to take a class!! I saw him for med refills and we decided I would come off of one of my preventative meds that I’ve been on for a decade. We agreed to stay on my second preventative however he never sent in my refill! I called the office again and it was over a week before they finally sent in my prescription. By that point I had completely withdrawn so the medical assistant was supposed to tell me if I was supposed to start back at a low dose or continue my regular dose and she never ever called me back! What a mess! I would never refer anyone to his office! Looking for a great Neurologist!
