DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!
None responsive, doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't care about elderly client in need. I cannot tell you how horrible the experience has been trying to work with this doctor, the office staff and El Camino Health Group. Pick another doctor from a different health group. A 97 year old client should not go without medication for 2 weeks, because the doctor won't see the client for weeks. Especially for a med the client has been on for decades. I can't warn you enough, don't do it.

Dr. Piplani is more than a doctor, she is a person who is compassionate and takes her time to listen to me. I understand her fluently. We are both from different distinct cultures but there is no problem for me understanding her and her understanding me. She is knowledgeable and very patient. I would not trade her for any other primary doctor. I trust her with my life.

I find the comment about Dr Piplani's accent offensive even racist. She is not hard to understand. She is caring, wonderful and thinks outside the box. She found a medical condition during a routine exam that other doctors had missed for years. I trust her with my life - literally.

This doctor is hard to schedule an appt. So when you are sick and need emergency care, you have to go to Urgent Care for emergency

Worse Dr I've encountered!! I'm 84 years old and can't communicate with her due to her heavy accent. I'm new to this medical group and thoroughly unhappy with every aspect of it!! Impossible to get prescriptions refilled. The worse run medical group I've encountered in my lifetime!!

If you want a physician who is careful and holistic consider Dr. Piplani. Initially I found her hard to read, but her ability to focus on you as and individual will win you over quickly.
