I used to see Dr. Bersentes & she was great but then she got busier, her demeanor changed & she acted like she was too busy to take time to answer questions would be late but not apologize & would refuse to see you if you didn’t check in 15 minutes before your appointment & dismissed me as a patient knowing I was having issues getting my Remicade paid for & had a balance that I was appealing but since I didn’t have $3,000 to pay in full I was dismissed & then tried to charge me for my own record

Dr. Bersentes has been my gastroenterologist for years. She is knowledgeable, talented, and easy to talk with during visits. She is through in her examinations and clearly describes her findings in her reports. Her staff is thoughtful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.
