Would not recommend
I don’t feel like you get any answers, he barely even looks into your symptoms & acts like everything you say is stupid. It was a complete waste of time coming in to see him.

Kraig White is a HORRIBLE ER Dr.
I wish I had a chance to read the reviews on Kraig prior to my trip to the Gritman ER, 10 March 2023. My mother was an ER nurse for over 35 years and would talk about the doctors that she had to work with in the ER. He literally fit the stereotype that she described...arrogance, condescension and indifference, He automatically assumed that I was there for pills. Which is no way true. I was looking for relief from the unbearable pain I was in due to previous back surgeries. After getting into with him and dealing with his unprofessionalism, I went to the Pullman ER where their patient care was phenomenal, caring, and exactly what I would expect. No narcotics prescribed, a shot to the right butt cheek and temporary relief until I can get in to see my primary care physician. If you are being transported to the ER, tell the ambulance to go to Pullman if White is on duty. If you are being driven by a family member, find out if he os on duty at Gritman. If he is, GO TO PULLMAN!!

Dr. White has been one of the least professional doctors I've ever met (and I've met quite a few). He yells, catastrophizes, is the opposite of reassuring, doesn't seem to listen, and conducts himself like he's some kind of M.Diety we should all bow down to.

Kraig White is the worst person in medicine I've ever encountered. My adult son went to the emergency room for what we thought was pain from a previously diagnosed hernia. Kraig White did not run any tests or do a physical examination and assumed that my son was drug-seeking. Kraig White told my son not to bother to come back. I waited until after the shift change and took my son back to the ER myself. Tests were run by a competent and compassionate doctor and a large tumor was discovered in my son's abdomen. He was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and passed away less than 5 months later. Obviously, Kraig White did not cause the cancer that took my son but he was judgemental and insulting and sent my son home with a belly full of cancer that even a rudimentary test would have found. Never trust this man with the lives of anyone you care about he is not a good doctor and not a good human being.

Saw this man in the ER so didn’t have a choice. Let me just say he epitomizes everything that is wrong with the American health system through his arrogance, condescension and indifference. Find another doctor if you can.

Never have I experienced such unprofessional conduct, in or outside the medical field. 10 out of 10 would not see again.

I called with severe abdominal pain. This guy was on call for Doctor Worth. He was abrupt, uninformative, took little or no interest of my condition. When I tried to ask him more about my condition, he was rude, did not want to spend more than three minutes on the phone and hung up on me. The nurse at the emergency room was far more informative, helpful and knowledgeable than this so called doctor.

We have been seeing Dr White for 4 1/2 yrs now. He listens to what the symptoms are and has given us a referral to a specialist 3 different times for both of my daughters. He was the first to figure out what was going on with my youngest and diagnosed her with Raynauds Syndrome, which the specialist at Seattle Childrens Hospital confirmed. He is always willing to squeeze us in if there is a problem that needs immediate attention and has the nicest bedside manner with both of my girls.

Dr. White is a feel good doctor that lacks in patient care. Hard to get a referral to a specialist out of and tries to handle specialty cases that are not in his scope. I asked for certain tests to be done and they are not performed. After getting a forced referral from him to see a neurologist that took over 6 months to get, I am now also seeing 2 other specialist that I should have been seeing almost a year ago. Dr. White is more interest in quantity than quality of care.
