Very insensitive
I took my 3yo grandson with high fever of 105 and he told me that wasn’t an emergency and shouldn’t be going to the emergency room. He was very insensitive to my concerns about my grandsons health and I will not recommend this doctor. I felt that he didn’t have empathy or consideration for the caregivers concerns.

We take our kids to Dr. Deramerian after our oldest had a fever of 107 at 6 months old. He promised my wife our baby would be okay when we were worried and she was. He treated our other kid at age 1 when he had RSV and lungs where filled with fluid. He has been our pediatrician since our oldest who is now 11 was treated by him for a fever. He is usually the doctor for urgent care and emergency room for pediatric in addition to his regular appointments. He is a great doctor.

Doctor Deramerian is an amazing Doctor. He is straight to the point and really cakes about kids. He is the provider for all 6 of my kids for the past 8 years. He was able to help me when one of my daughters was sick and other doctors couldn’t figure out her diagnosis he immediately addressed it. He has even checked on me when I was in the ER ill. He was able to guide me when one of my kids was obese in how to make changes at home. We really love and appreciate him.

There are twice I met him. The first time I took my boy to ER when he had a 105-degree fever and that doctor said it's harmless just leave. Another time is earlier this month, the whole family was sick and all of us coughed a lot. I went to see my doctor first and got medications. After that, I went to pediatrics with my two boys who had same symptoms. That guys there again and told me that they don't need any treatment. Now after 10 days, my wife and I are recovered at all but the two boys still cough a lot.

We did not have a good experience with this doctor. He was very unprofessional, insensitive and out of touch with his patience. His unprofessional and inconceivable comment prompted me to proceed with complaint and will never come across him again.
