No other dermatologist in the Odessa/Midland area would put me on Accutane, my face was bad for years and I had already had scarring, with no questions asked Dr. Howard deff saved my skin. Its in the best shape its ever been. Also he is a very nice man and helpful as well as his office staff. If you're looking for a great dermatologist he's the one!!!

Dr. Howard quoted a price for a procedure and when I went in for the procedure the cost ended up being more than double. Nothing was mentioned beforehand that the procedure could end up being more expensive.

This has nothing to do with Dr. Howard. It's his office staff that is the problem. After showing them our insurance/medicare card they still charged me full price for my doctor visit. After visiting with them, they said it was their mistake and that they would send me a refund in the mail. This was in July. It is now September and I'm still waiting for my refund even after contacting them 2 more times.
