Dr. Krishnakumari Pallegar, MD

my mother was 90 yrs old with dementia. dr pallegar did a GREAT job of listening and reviewing her chart for all of her medical conditions. she did all that can be done for an ailing 90-year-old women. she gave her appointment plenty of time too. I highly recommend her!!!

Dr. P has helped me through some tough things. I started going to her about five years ago. I don't know if she's getting burned out or what, but she does not seem as thorough as she used to me. She has seen me many times, yet was unfamiliar with some key points. She needs to do a quick review of patient records prior to entering the exam room. Lately, I don't feel like she knows me from anyone else, and when I mentioned something about a visit I had had a month ago, she said, "Oh, really," as if this was the first time that she had heard about that specific problem. If I weren't planning a move in the next six months, I'd honestly be looking for a new doctor.

Have had a few visits with Dr. Pallegar and over all as the other one star review stated she is very dismissive of concerns. On my most recent visit, I was ( my insurance) was charged for two vaccinations I did not receive. This was corrected when I confronted the situation with insurance and patient services. When I disputed that this whole appointment was likely coded incorrectly due to this mistake on my records and billing — Fairview reviewed and found this to be correctly coded and sent me a form letter. This was around a 20 min conversation and simply look mobility of a joint that was out of my pocket over $400. I was to have an X-ray and did that same day — to this day this is over 6 months later I have mot seen this Xray. The specialist I was referred to who also billed me quite well never showed the Xray at my visit. All of this over $900 out of my pocket and the key piece of viewing and knowing what my condition was on this X-ray film was never fulfilled.

Dismissive of patient concerns - she dismissed two health concerns I visited her to address and I ended up in the hospital! The worst experience I have ever had with a physician.
