Awesome Doctor
Whole Family see's her. She is a Wonderful Doctor. Always takes the time to listen and guide you through whatever you need. Wait times can be long at times, some patients ahead of you can go longer, which makes your Wait time longer. Not her fault! Thorough in all she does. Always takes my concerns seriously. Worth the wait Always.... The Best!

Rushed/Long Wait
I waited about 90 minutes before I actually saw the doctor. Then when I did, she was so rushed and I felt like I was taking up too much time. I had several things I wanted to discuss with her but was told that I could not bring up so many issues in one appointment. So, just because I have several health concerns/questions, she said that I had to make multiple appointments. What?? Later, I called back to ask for a referral for one of the issues (that she brushed off) and was told she could not give me a referral unless I came back. But I had just been there, trying to discuss this issue. So frustrating.

I had to wait over an hour to be called back. And this is a common occurrence with her. My time is valuable as well and I have other things to do rather than wait an hour just to be seen. The only reason I give her two stars instead of one is because at least she hears you out and truly cares about your health and then takes action on what she believes needs to be done.

Dr. Molina was recommended to me by some peers when I moved to Indiana, I was apprehensive about finding a replacement for my internist of 25 years. I am really pleased that I chose Dr. Molina. In my visits with her she has listened carefully and made a real effort to find solutions to my medical needs. I appreciate that she maintains a network of professionals for referrals that share he emphasis on excellence and quality personal care. She has referred me to excellent specialists when needed. I hope that she can improve her office management to avoid overbooking and running behind. The approach to family medicine has changed much in my lifetime. I find Dr. Molina is an excellent family doctor.

Its impossible to see her. I established her as my doctor and cannot get an appointment for months. If she has so many patients that an existing patient can’t get in - then a care disaster is on the horizon. She needs to work more or cull her patient list. No follow up either.

I would just like to once talk to a person and not leave a message. Call backs are hit or miss and it's frustrating to not EVER get a person on the line. When I do see the Dr. I feel like I just get sent to another Dr. to take care of any issue.

I love Dr. Krista she is very is easy to talk to and makes you feel you are getting all the help you need. I have seen her several times and they always try to push you off to the nurse practitioner who I do not care for. They transfer me over and I leave a voicemail. No one ever calls back and they can hardly ever seem to get me an appointment. The staff on the phone and making payments are always rude and make me feel uncomfortable. I always wait an hour to see the doctor Its very inconvenient

this is a terrible practice! every time i call to get an appointment they tell me i cant see my doctor for at least 3 weeks?! stop taking on so many patients you cant see any of them. being in the medical field myself any good practice knows they should always leave appointments open EVERY day for people who need to be seen right away but not in the ER! i probably have a sinus infection and they told me to go to the urgent care! How about i go to a new doctor and tell every one to stay away.

The doctors in this office are fantastic, but it's next to impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner. Currently I was advised there is a FOUR MONTH WAIT.

Dr. Molina is wonderful! Her staff and scheduling is awful though. I've waited hours in the office before to see her. The nurses seem kind enough, but they don't keep you informed as to the wait. Phone calls are horrid. Even the person who called me to reschedule because the Dr. needed to cancel was rude and nasty to me about it as though I called her. Seriously looking for another office due to her staff, not because of the Dr.

I absolutely love Dr. Krista, she is easy to talk to and phenomenal at providing the perfect course of treatment! Her nurses are also amazing! They are very efficient and so sweet and caring. Her office staff, on the other hand, are absolutely HORRID. I try to avoid having to talk to them at all costs. They are quite demeaning when they talk to you, almost as if you shouldn't be allowed to talk to them, or breathe. Every time I talk to them I think about finding a different health care provider.

You will not find a more caring and patient doctor than Dr Krista Molina. She will spend enough time with you to get to the bottom of what ever is going on. I have been seeing her for 5 years and she has stayed on top of all my health care needs (which have been numerous). Some have issue with wait time. I have waited 2 minutes and I have waited over an hour. She will spend the time you need so in my opinion, if I want her to give that time to me, I won't complain that she does so with you too.
