Had a septoplasty
Dr. Olson is absolutely amazing. Several doctors did not give me the help wanted, and she did it with no problem. She is absolutely the best in her field. I had a bad accident fracturing my nose in many places, and I now I have a supported nose and most importantly I can breathe!!! She also squeezed me in with short notice because of school. She is a very kind surgeon. I truly did not have one thing to complain about. I cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic Doctor
I was referred to Dr. Olson by Baylor Dermatology to remove a very atypical mole from my face. I was able to get an appointment quickly. She is warm and kind. She took the time to ensure she gave me the best outcome. The spot was right near my eye, and it is now barely visible. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend her!

Real Life Superhero!!!
My speech has been messed up since my stroke, so I’ll try to write this as good as I can because she deserves an award ! DR. Olson is a real life superhero ! She is the best surgeon I have ever met. She is so nice to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a surgeon like her. She helped me when every other surgeon said no. I don’t know where I would be today if she hadn’t. I wouldn’t have a nose. I’ve never met a surgeon as kind and caring as her. She really cares about her patients. She has good communication skills. She is intelligent, and she’s the best Otolaryngologist in Houston.

Amazing ENT
Dr. Olson is absolutely wonderful! I sought her advice for my difficulty breathing, as I suspected a deviated septum. I was able to quickly get in for an office visit and she immediately recognized my problems. She offered surgical solutions for my functional and cosmetic concerns. I'm a few months post-op and I'm breathing SO much better. Additionally, my cosmetic outcome is phenomenal. Dr. Olson is a superb surgeon with excellent bedside manner. She takes the time to get to know her patients and ensures comfortability throughout the entire process. Furthermore, her nurse-Lauren- is amazing. I was frantic during the scheduling/insurance verification process and Lauren was always quick to respond to my questions and put my mind at ease. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Olson and to have chosen her as my surgeon. My surgical outcomes is, in my opinion, absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend her enough!

Not sure what this question is asking for
Dr. Olson did a blepharoplasty and brow lift on me in July. From making a consult appointment to my post op check-up, I was so pleased! She was very thorough during the consult and answered my list of questions. I really appreciate the care taken during the follow-up appointments and I am thrilled with my results! She made me feel like I was her only patient. I would also like to say how professional and accommodating her nurse Lauren was. She went out of her way to work with my work schedule and returned phone calls the very same day. I feel so lucky to have found them!

Excellent Doctor!
I'm so glad I found Dr. Olson. I had scheduled a surgery with another doctor previously. Had a bad feeling about it so I searched and found Dr. Olson. So glad I did. She truly cared about and explained in laymen terms what I needed. She performed the surgery and now 2 months later I am SUPER happy with the results. I would call her an "old school" Dr. in the fact that she is talented and really cares. Thank you Dr. Olson!

Excellent
Couldn't recommend Dr. Olson highly enough. After having two other consultations with highly regarded ENTs as well as several visits to the allergist, Dr. Olson was able to show me exactly what was happening in my nasal passages and how to fix it. I chose her to do my surgery and am so glad I did. She and her staff are very kind and attentive and never left me waiting on them. It truly has been a pleasure and highly recommend her to anyone I meet who needs an ENT.

Been living with a very severe deviated septum for more than 50 years. Had very severe breathing problems that only got worse as I aged. I was referred to Dr Olson for help, and she literally changed my life. She really listens to your concerns. Has a great bedside manner and she is one very skilled surgeon. She explained what to expect before, during, and after my surgery. She alleviated all my fears. I am able to finally fully breath for the first time in my life, and my nose looks fantastic which was an added bonus. Would give her more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Olson since 2017 and could not be happier. She is super nice, seems like she genuinely cares about my issues, and explains things so that I can easily understand. Recently, she fixed a large septum perforation that has been an issue for a while. I was anxious about the surgery, but I’m so glad I did it. She walked me through the process, took great care of me during surgery, and the result has been outstanding. Please feel confident in using Dr. Olson for all of your ENT needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Super knowledgeable, professional and friendly and so are her staff. I had a procedure done on my nose and can finally breathe! Her and her staff care about the patients. They followed up with me the day after surgery and between visits to make sure everything was going well. Totally recommend.

I had a difficult A/V malformation. Dr. Olsen performed surgery with excellence. She was able to eliminate the problem, restoring the appearance of my face. Her approach to the problem and her skill is far above other physicians in the field. She listens to the patient's concerns, and strives for the best solution to tackle the problem. I can't say enough good about Dr. Olsen, and I HIGHLY recommend her to my friends, family, and others.

Dr. Krista Olsen is awesome! I meet her after having complications from a total maxillectomy surgery due to cancer three years ago when this procedure left me disfigured. She made it possible for me to regain my self-confidence and breathe from a total collapse of the left nostril. She is a patient surgeon who expresses great consideration even with care outside her normal speciality by communicating with other peers as it relates to her patients' concerns. I am very grateful to have her as my nose doctor and I would recommend her to anyone that is in search of a talented and expert in otolaryngology. She is the greatest!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Olson for functional septoplasty and nasal valve reconstruction performed in conjunction with PRIT with Dr. K. Kelly Gallagher. She and her staff were very considerate when listening to my concerns and questions. They were all very friendly and personable. The surgery went really well and I was back to full functionality a bit faster than expected. Wish I had done the surgery a long time ago. I could not recommend her or Dr. Gallagher more highly.
