Pre /Post procedure, she made me feel at ease and ensured every question and concern was addressed, leaving no gaps in care. Dr. Pepin took me on time, she was gracious, empathetic and answered all my questions. She cogently explained the development in my condition in a clear and understandable manner. She is very intelligent and knows her area of expertise. I found her reassuring and was very comfortable with her as a surgeon. I appreciate her minimally invasive style very much.

Dr Pepin is very kind and caring. She explained my condition well and the corresponding treatment. If I had any questions or concerns she addressed them with me in my appointment. She was very patient with me and I never felt that she was rushed to get to another appointment. I would highly recommend Dr Pepin to friends or family!
