The office is completely disorganized. They called to cancel/reschedule every appointment I had including the one for my biopsy. They always apologized but there were always excuses and no follow through or commitment to fix things. Also, the wait time is ridiculous!!!

I was referred to Dr. Zarfos after an abnormality was found in my right breast after a routine mammogram the biopsy confirmed a cancer diagnosis..Dr. Zarfos answered all my questions, spoke at length with my family. During an exam she found a ten pound malignant tumor growing on my ovary...I didn't have any symptoms . Her extra vigilance saved my life !!!!! I will be eternally grateful to her and recommended many friends and family members to her clinic for routine mammograms... They have

I've been a patient of Dr. Zarfos for a number of years, after my previous surgeon retired. A nurse friend said to me "If you want to know who the nurses go to..." it's Kristen Zarfos. I couldn't have asked for better or nicer. In the midst of a busy practice she makes you feel like she's got all the time in the world to listen and answer your questions - she's tremendously competent, intelligent, and kind.

She is a smart, kind, hardworking physician and surgeon. She cares about her patients, and she cares about womens' health and advocates for good care. She answered every question, explained every procedure, and gave me confidence that I was doing the right things. I can't say enough good about her. Someone once said that when you really need the healthcare system to be there for you, no one steps up - I can say that she and her staff did step up and I will always be grateful.
