The staff at the facility are always friendly and inviting. Dr. Caldow always provides service with a smile. She’s the best!

I've been seeing Dr. Caldow for years and have referred friends, neighbors and my daughter to her. She's very calming and friendly. I love the thick comfy robes!!!! I see her at the Southpoint location and it's so convenient, clean and a very relaxing environment with great reception staff!!!!

This was my 1st time visiting this facility and I was impressed. The check in staff is very friendly, the wait area is relaxing, clean, and open, Dr. Kristin Caldow is kind, caring, and informative and her assistant, Josslyn is very attentive and delightful. Definitely recommend this group. Such a good experience.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Caldow. She listens, she gives feedback, and she doesn't make it seem like she just met me when I come in for an appointment. The staff is very friendly as well. The office is clean and I like seeing pics of their family. Little touches make a difference.

I visited the Merrimac facilities and choose Dr. Caldow specifically after my experience last year when I found FABEN. From the scheduler to the facility, then the receptionist, medical staff, and Dr. Caldow herself, they have turned an appointment I used to dread into a comfortable experience. Dr. Caldow listened to me, offered suggestions to my concerns, and has such a calm and reassuring demeanor that I highly appreciate.

The office staff is great however my issue has been with the doctor and medical staff, what was most concerning was today when I went in for my 30 week checkup and voiced my concerns about my upcoming delivery ,due to the recent tragedy in the news of a baby being decapitated during delivery by Dr Tracy in GA, Dr. Caldow my doctor that day had no empathy for the traumatizing event and commented that we the people don?t know the other side to the story, when in my opinion we trust the doctors to be careful and operate in a ethically manner, equipped with proper training and trust and her lack of empathy and attitude towards my concerns and the tragic event that accrued in GA was concerning for me being they will be delivering my newborn soon. I will keep you guys updated on my journey with FABEN

I’ve had two procedures done with her a year apart and I really like her. She makes the experience as fast and as tolerable as it can be. I found her to listen, try to fix things and be very pleasant. She was also the one who recommended I see pelvic floor physical therapist, which fixed an issues I had problems with forever and my primary care doctor did not know what to do about.

She definitely doesn’t listen to you. She repeatedly told me I need to “lose weight” and eat a “low calorie” diet to get rid of PCOS. Probably the worst OB I’ve been to and I’m a nurse myself. I told her I didn’t want to be on birth control and insisted that was only solution. I would not recommend her at all.

She thinks the only solution for PCOS is to “just lose weight”. If it was that easy, I wouldn’t have to come here for infertility which all she says is just come back when you get pregnant. So dissatisfied with her and honestly not interested in just switching doctors there because I want a second opinion not the first one repeated.

I love Dr. Caldow! I went through a miscarriage and she was so caring and patient with me! She has execllent bedside manners and listens to your problems! I feel so comfortable with her!

down to earth and takes the time to answer all your questions without ever making you feel silly. contagious bubbly personality. great bedside manner. I had a difficult delivery, and she was very proactive and took very special care of me and my baby.
