Very frustrating experience
I have great respect for Dr. Haushalter, but unfortunately, the staff has been extremely unprofessional, and my experience has been frustrating. I had a visit over three weeks ago regarding white patches spreading on my face and persistent dandruff. I was assured that prescriptions would be sent to the pharmacy, but one was forgotten, and the other required insurance authorization, which the office never followed up on.For three weeks, I have been calling, texting, and leaving messages, yet no one has addressed the issue. Today, after persistent follow-ups, Nurse Ana informed me that she is only now beginning the approval process. When I requested to speak with Dr. Haushalter, I was told to wait until I started the medication. This process feels completely broken, and the inability to reach the doctor is incredibly frustrating. In the meantime, I have developed four additional large white patches on my face, and no one seems to care.

Greatest doctor in the world
Dr. H is extremely knowledgeable in all things health/medicine but especially in dermatology. Furthermore, her bed side manner is top notch, she has the brightest personality and attitude. Dr. H is a true blessing to my life.

Dr. Kristin Haushalter and her P. Assistant Emily are Top Healthcare Professionals. Very thorough, will take the time and LISTEN to all you say. Are both very proactive, as well as friendly. They do care and are very conscious of your overall health. Sometimes you wait a bit longer because they do take the time with everyone. Thanks for caring.

I visited Dr. Haushalter the first time on 2/20/18. I found her entire staff, including the check in member, nurse, and check out member to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Haushalter herself was sweet, pleasant and knowledgeable. She offered advice on improving my skin care regime and also quickly diagnosed my issue. Although I was not in her office for very long, I found my experience to be excellent and I will definitely be making her my permanent dermatologist.
