Very happy with Dr Arthur
Rioni (so?) at the front desk was as nice as she could be, creating a great first impression. Dr. Arthur’s assistant. Allie was very compassionate, creating a creating a second great impression and Dr. Arthur was gracious and kind and really listened to me. I was nervous about changing doctors, but I am 100% pleased. And the location is fantastic!

Overrated
I experienced a doctor that was rude, judgmental and arrogant. She left me with the impression that she carries a weight bias. The whole appointment was a waste of time, money and oxygen. I have shredded the lab orders she provided to ensure she never receives another cent from me or my insurance. She’s definitely overrated! The only thing going for this place is her staff were all friendly.

My new doctor

I chose Dr. Arthur after my doctor left the practice. I was very hesitant at first getting a new doctor. Dr. Arthur was very nice and listened to me and even asked lots of questions and showed concern for my health. She also gained my respect when she wanted to take me off some more meds instead of putting me on them. She even gave me some new referral's since she sensed I was not happy with some present spec

Excellent Listener
Dr. Arthur is ready upon entry into see patient to thoughtfully evaluate your concern . I’ve only seen her twice in person, However , she also answers questions very timely on the my chart message app that I asked after bloodwork results .

The Best Primary Care Provider in Orange County...
It is always a pleasure seeing Dr. Arthur. Of all the doctors I've seen in the more than fifty years of my being an adult, Dr. Arthur is the one the one that seems to be the most interested in my well-being. She seems to take a personal interest in my health and strives to find the best plan to achieve my goals and to keep me as healthy as possible. I can't recommend anyone that would be better than her.

Excellent from the receptionist, Ali the assistant and Dr Arthur. Dr Arthur was very kind caring and compassionate and professionally knowledgeable about my condition. Excellent Doctor
I was desperate after seeing three different doctors in the group that I’m currently seeing, or was seeing. Dr. Author was so detailed, focused, had a plan of attack and let me tell you, it took a lot of my anxiety away. I also got two referrals of specialists because it’s hard to find Doctors who are taking new patients.
