Horrendous
Had a terrible follow up appointment with her, which is surprising because I thought the intake visit went well. After six months went by, she remembered absolutely nothing about me and clearly did not even glance at my chart to refresh herself before our appointment. She tried to mansplain the glucose pathway to me (very poorly, I must add) when I'm a chemical engineer and understand it well. She made judgments about my diet without asking me first. She basically blamed my PCOS on the fact that I eat carbs (sorry, I'm not going to be on the keto diet everyday) and tried to scare me about turning 40. She then tried to offer me birth control even though I never mentioned being sexually active and specifically told her my entire last appointment that I was feeling so much better after finally getting off birth control and never wanted to get on it again. Honestly, the office runs well and the staff are friendly, so it's a shame she's not a better doctor.

Terrible Doctor~!
Dr. Diehl is one of the rudest and most incompetent doctors I've ever had. She is behind the times in not keeping up with the latest in medical advancements; she's always late to her FIRST appointments of the day; she'll defend her incompetent staff without wanting the patients' side of the story; and she readily admits that her husband's friends are potheads.

Dr. Diehl is very kind and caring. She listens to what I have to say and works with me to create a preventative care plan. I find her to be very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to me in a way that makes sense

Unprofessional
Dr. Diehl discussed a situation of mine with a family member. and then based on that conversation, wanted me to start a new prescription during my next visit. When I questioned it, she said 'X' said you were not being yourself. She made no attempt to ask me about the situation, or hear my opinions about the situation or even discuss the RX she was trying to give me. Bedside manner also needs improvement as well. Too many caring doctors out there to even consider dealing with this one!! I have since found a wonderful doctor and have never had one regret about leaving this one. Office staff is awful too.

I was Dr. Diehl's patient for about 3 years. I was satisfied until I had a serious medical problem. At that point Dr. Diehl failed to consider my age and medical status when making a diagnosis and treatment plan.

My wife and kids genuinely love Dr. Diehl, so much so that we've continue to use her even after relocating about 30 minutes away. We've always found her to be attentive and compassionate. She explains diagnosis very well and is available anytime she's needed when one of our little ones are sick. If I could rate her 5 stars while rating the front office separately, I would. But the office staff is condescending and unorganized. They frequently cancel appointments but are inflexible of fees imposed when we need to reschedule. They've billed our old insurance after my company changed carries then sent us to collections when the bill wasn't paid even though it was their error. They never answer their phone and take days to call you back. It's awful and has caused us to start the search for a new doctor despite my kids love of the Dr. Diehl.

This is a long overdue review and perhaps things have changed but I was a patient of Dr. Diehl's for many years and left after two incidents that were never resolved. The first is that the doctor put me on a medication but did not explain there were significant withdrawal symptoms and importance of tapering the dose. On another occasion, I attempted to pay for my visit but the practice's credit card payment system was not working. I offered to pay cash but they had no change and did not want to accept a $5 over-payment to carry over to my next visit. When I received the invoice several days later I was surprised to see a late fee added. The office would not remove it and expected payment before being seen when I next visited. The doctor would not see me so I could explain that the office rejected two of my attempts to pay. I chose to leave the practice.

Dr. Diehl has been my PCP for 20 years. I love her - she's always looking for ways to improve my health in general - without use of pills. She is caring and looks long term at what I can do to improve my health. The office staff is always responsive. I never have a problem getting in to see either Dr. Diehl or the fabulous PA in the practice when I have a matter that is urgent to me. They also have a great Patient Portal where I can access my records AND they reply very quickly to emails sent through the Portal. Dr. Diehl has helped me improve my eating habits and has really inspired me to focus on long term health. Highly recommend Dr. Diehl.

Myself and both of my children see Dr. Diehl and love her. She recommends alternative treatments rather than just jumping to prescribing medication. Also, her front desk staff always take their time with me either at the window or after my visit.

This practice is awful. Dr Diehl does not listen to concerns and has misdiagnosed several problems my family has had. Medications are not called in when they are supposed to be.The last straw was today when they canceled an appointment an hour before because of their scheduling error and wouldn’t offer me another appointment for not than a month. Absolutely no compassion or consideration.

My dad saw Dr. Kristine Diehl for regular check-ups around 2001 to approximately 2003. She prescribed him OxyContin (at the time she was well-known for being a 'drug-dealing doctor around the area) following a major back surgery, which he became severely addicted to and even abused. She prescribed him OC for two-and-a-half years. She pulled him off of the drugs cold-turkey when he admitted to his addiction, and after, he went into a full-fledged opioid-induced psychosis. He has not recovered.

I have been a patient for over 15years. I referred many friends to her, as I always felt she was an excellent Dr. No complaints until this week. I've called twice this week to make a payment & was REFUSED since I wasn't paying 1/2 of my bill & threatened with being sent to collections. REALLY?!?!?! I pay on my account EVERY month & am now being refused to make a payment-HOW can you send me to collections? Sad, so sad this is what the office has come to. Beware of sudden policy changes
